We
write to express our ideas, emotions or feelings that touched
everyone’s heart in fantasy and maybe in reality. An essential element
of this approach is to reflect the values and interests of the
communities. This helps us to imagine our composed to the people.
In
developing new composed of any kind of literatures with partners by
talking with the communities. These participatory consultations are
conducted by Carlos Palanca Memorial Awards for Literature. And
determine the appropriate interventions for dealing with the specific
artworks through literatureCarlos Palanca Memorial Award for Literature
then work with other composer and writers to develop new ideas through
the use of literature that relates to our way of living.
